Women’s Alliance and Holiday Hope 2015
Nov 29th- If you haven’t already picked-out your Holiday Hope items on-line (Thank-you Bet Low) Our Holiday Hope Tree with the remaining items on Tags will be available at Coffee Hour. Our 3 local Holiday Hope families are counting on us. See you at the tree.
Dec.1st – Tuesday Drop-in 10-12 help is needed setting-up our BIG Christmas tree and stringing the lights. We will also be getting the Christmas decorations down and setting-out the ornaments for the children to decorate the tree on Dec. 6th
Dec. 6th Sunday 9:15am Kitchen come help us get ready for Tree Trimming and Cookies & Cocoa with the Children. Cookies, cookie dough and help is needed. Cathy Burton is planning on helping some of the children bake some of the cookies that morning. This is really fun. See you in the kitchen and at the tree. Holiday Hope gifts will start to come in.
Dec 9th Wednesday 6:00pm join us in the kitchen to help set-up and then enjoy a new Holiday treat for young and old “A CHRITMAS CAROL “ READING. Come sit by the fire, listen to the tail, and enjoy some cider and plum pudding. A light will be available for those who want to listen and do some hand-work. Come for the evening or just a short time. Holiday Hope gifts will be accepted or a small donation of would be appreciated.
Dec. 11th Friday Kitchen 9-12 Making of the famous Women’s Alliance Christmas Greens -12:30 Chinese Take-out lunch for the workers Bring clippers and gardening gloves. Hoping to make 60-70 baskets.
Dec. 12th Saturday -9:30 Holiday Market place assistance is needed manning the greens table Last year we sold-out by 1pm.
