Mindfulness Training

8 weekly sessions on Friday, February 5, 12, 19, 26 and March 4, 11, 18, 25 sponsored by the Religious Education Committee. In lieu of charging a fee, goodwill donations gladly accepted. 5:30-6:30 pm in the Harrop Center. Childcare will be available thanks to the Women’s Alliance.
